Up from the roots.
Author Ryan Boudinot's story is simple:
He's "just a guy who wants cool things to happen in his city, who loves books and loves reading, and loves talking to writers and learning about new voices," he told [NPR] in autumn 2013.
One of Prose's own, Boudinot is a man enraptured by the spirit of literature. Currently spearheading the campaign petition for UNESCO* certification of Seattle as an "International City of Literature," he's committed to literary excellence- local and international- and the preservation thereof. He recognizes a rich spring of voracious readers and writers like yourselves... like all of us.
We're also from The Emerald City, although it started in Austin, Texas, remember? (Click on the hashtag above for a recap.)
