Write about your worst fear. Something that runs chills down your spine, stops your heart or accelerates it, makes you tremble in fear or just freezes your body and mind. Poetry preferred but prose is acceptable too.

Graveyards, ghouls, things that bump
are not the ones I fear near much
as the crowds that press, take my air
so insignificant I've become
Confusion leads to sweaty palms
my fragile grasp so nearly gone
my feet know and head for home
Netflix, coffee some sofa rest
