This Is Not A Poem
I admire your
curiosity
Disturbingly, yet beautiful observations
Thoughtfulness
ability to reassess
Your impish smile
The grin you couldn't help but to have
when no-one was supposed to be looking
The excitement in your eyes when you talk about things you love
Your subtleness
Your patience
The intensity I see behind your calm nature
the moments you become absentminded while talking because you're so completely in your mind
The small moments you seem genuinely happy and in the moment
The unsuredness in your eyes
How you can speak without speaking
How you can touch without touching, but wanna touch so bad
How you dumb yourself down thinking no-one sees through it
How it seems you're somehow always in pain, but you find a way to to calm it alone ..because you don't think anyone could possibly understand, and you wouldn't wanna put em through it anyways
How you gently and seemingly innocently test the waters
When you're at a loss for words and you look up with your mouth agape trying to think of something witty to say, but everything escapes you
When your wit does show itself, because it means you're comfortable.
How I actually feel you
Like a mirror, but of all the good things...
how beautiful it is ,yet how sad I can never tell you....
I just hope you are being told, then it might not hurt so bad I can't .
