Chapter-xiv: Seetha

The girl was beautiful and brought a great fortune to Mithila. She was named;

Mythili- the daughter of Mythila,

Janaki- the daughter of Janaka,

Seetha- a creeper,

Bhumijha- the daughter of goddess earth, etc.,

With her came rain and many other fortunes. The draught and famine ended and the king and his brother king Kushadvaja were also blessed with other daughters, who are considered as Seetha's sister and cousins.
