Lady of Light

The lady of light spins through the night

Behind her a trail of stars

Quietly waiting and contemplating

Observes the prince of the dark

The beauty she brings blessing all things

Make her so hard to resist

He wants more of her, implores of her

Allow him just one little kiss

'Ah my brave night you know that my light

Will burn you from the sky'

His anger brings thunder causing a wonder

A storm soon passes by

Her laugh tinkling gives the slight inkling

Of a rainbow in the cloud

He turns up the clashes while her lightning flashes

Thunder strong and loud

'Just turn it down, the light in your gown

I'll touch you without the burn'

Her light only gets stronger all while longer

He is left in the dark to yearn.
