Numbness

Sometimes if I concentrate hard enough I start feeling numb or I hear a beep that goes on until I am distracted. Sometimes I wake up in the middle of the night feeling my whole body being numb and I cant move. And I cant go to sleep either. So I lay there just staring and not being able to move, I can only move my eyes. Sometimes I hear a long beep (like the ones from the machines in the hosptial) and I feel numb, I can move but I feel numb. Sometimes I'm scared of myself.
