Adam the saver.
After a long day at school I was so ready to go home. When the bell rang I grabbed my bag and made my way downstairs. Then it hit me that I had forgotten the fruitcake my friend gave me. I rushed back to my classroom but the door was locked. "UGH! I just want my fruitcake!" Then a boy walked by, Adam was his name. The school football star. He stopped and looked at me and said "Whats wrong?" I replied with "I left my fruitcake in their and its locked!" He stared at me and said "Stay here, I will be right back." Minutes passed and then I saw him down the hallway trying to drag a tree! Once he made it he took the tree and knocked down the door! "Oh my... thank you Adam!! Now I can get my fruitcake!" I reached in my bag and took out a banana wrapped in Adam Sandler wrapping paper. "This present is for you! Thankyou Adam!"
October 25th... Apple day. Its a special holiday dedicated to just apples. Apple pie, apple sauce, apple muffins, apple cake. Everything apple. On this day everyone only eats or drinks anything apple. Why is this a holiday you may ask, apples deserve to be recognized. For year apples have been looked down upon, just hanging on a tree, waiting for someone to rush by and pick the "perfect apple" well you know what, I am a strong believer that all apples are the same, whether green, red, mushy, hard. They are all the same. On October 25th, 1965. A young man by the name of Dalton fought for this holiday to be passed as a national holiday, the following year just 2 days before this holiday the president passed it as a national holiday. Now everyone around the country celebrates it, old or young. I plan to celebrate this holiday with my dear friend where we bake and bake and drink apple juice all day.
