Unbecoming
Elena was Elena for 24 years, but when she wakes up on her 25th birthday, it is as a 58 year-old man named Ned. Unsure whether she has lost her body or her mind, Elena finds herself on an inexplicable journey of self-discovery. After a diverse sequence of experiences and transformations, it becomes clear that each time she finds happiness, it changes her. This dark, comedic exploration causes her to question whether happiness can ever truly make her happy and ultimately helps her to determine who she wants to be, regardless of who she might become.
