FreeDarkJ
The name FreeDarkJ comes from when I was young. I had a N64 game system and loved to play the game Perfect Dark. Thinking it was cool I started to go by DarkJ when I played video games. Getting older I got an Xbox live account and used DarkJ as a screen name but it was taken. So as a joke I put "Free" in front of DarkJ saying "it's so I can free my dark side" when I play video games. Over the years the name simply stuck to me.
The night you were mine
We had known each other for years now, but it was the years between us that had kept us apart. Now we simply don't care. I check into the room and pour you a drink. We drink and laugh till the sun is down and the moon is up over our heads. You ask me to lay down while you do a little dance for me. Moving with such grace and power I can't control myself. Throwing you to the bed I pull down your dress and take it's place. Just before I go any further I stop and look deep into your eyes because I knew this was your first. In a calm caring voice I ask "Are you sure you want this?". With a smile you nod and wrap your arms and leg around me not letting go. Together all our worries go away, all our fears are no more, all our pains fade. Together we are one as we share feelings that we had denied for so long. Each thrust you breath in air and exhail lust then you place a hand on my chest and look up at me. "I love you", you say. I stop for a moment to look deep into your blue eyes, "I love you to". Your smile widens and you pull me in for a long loving kiss that I do not wish to pull away from.
Looking back now it's not the pleasure we made that night or the lust I had for you that I remember most. It was standing on the other side of the room watching you sleep wearing only the sheets of the bed. With them rolled around your body tighly they had the same eligent curved of your figure. I stood there ,while you slept, admiring your beauty and loving every second that you were mine. If only for a night.
Even as the months turn to years once again. I still love you and I will gladly wait until your mine once again, even if it's for just one more night.
Use your Head, Trust your Gut and Follow your Heart
There's a simple way that I live. Use your head, Trust your Gut and Follow your Heart. It's quite simple really. When things get tough stop and take a moment to think. Don't do anything stupid out of blind emotion, think then act. Trust your Gut in moments that your unsure of. When that little voice in your head says not to, Don't! Last but not least, follow your Heart. Do what you feels is best for you and the ones you love.
One kill for $50,000
The lights flicker on. I'm standing in a room with only a single door way in front of me. I can hear what sounds like people talking in the other room. Testing the door it's locked. How did I get here? Where is here? The loud speaker clicks on "ten seconds to show time". Show time? What do they mean by that? The door clicks and swings open by it's self. Taking a look around I decide it's that or stay here so I walk threw and the door again swings close by it's self.
The second room was just as fetcher-less as the first only this one had a metal table in the middle with a tarp draped over it. I walk over and pull the tarp back and stagger backwards as I gaze down the items on the table. A knife, a pistol and a ball pin hammer. What could these be for? The intercom clicks on again. "Choose your fate". A door in the floor opens up and a man tied to a chair rises up from the opening. "Kill this man here and now and live. Or kill your self and the man lives".
"What? What is this some kind of joke?". I look at the man in the chair. His arms and legs were tied to the legs and arm rests of the chair and duck tape was over his mouth. But the fear in his eyes was very real. I walk over to him and reach out my hand. He screams into the tape and thrashes violently against the bounds. "Its ok I'm just going to take this off you".
The intercom clicked on again. "If you touch this man you both will die". I jerk my hand back. The man takes a deep breath and calms a little.
No this was not sick joke, but a sick man playing a sick game. But if I didn't play along I would die if the man on the intercoms was real about what he had said.
The intercom clicked on again. "30 seconds before incineration". What! Incineration! Do they plan to burn us both alive in this room! My mind starts to race. I look around the empty room for someway out. Just some little glimmer of hope that I could get out of this room. But there was nothing, just the table with the three items on it.
Picking up the pistol I find it to only have one round in it. The man in the chair starts screaming and thrashing again. This would be the most human way, quick and painless. With out hesitation I turn and point to hub at the man. "I'm sorry!". I close my eyes as I pull the trigger and the gun goes off. Opening my eyes I see the man in the chair but he is still screaming. The bullet hit him in the shoulder and he was screaming out in pain. "Shit!". With no more bullets to do the job done right I drop the gun and reach for the hammer. Slowly I walk over the to man. His eyes grow wide when he looks from me to the hammer. "I'm so sorry. But I have a family", I say before I lift the hammer with a shaky arm and bring it down on his head. I hear bone cracking but the man is still screaming so I pull the hammer back again. On the second hit the cracking sound is mixed in this a wet slosh sound but the man still screams. Again and again I hit him until the screaming stops and my face is covered in blood.
As I drop the hammer and fall to my knees a third door opens. Wanting nothing more then to leave this horrid room I slowly stand and walk out in shaky legs. The third door leads to a small stage. A spot light shines on me blinding me when I step threw. After a moment for my eyes to adjust I see cameras all pointing at me. The intercom clicks on again "congratulations! For your participation in tonight's game you have won $50,000". Another opening in the floor opens up. Only this time there is a suit case on a small table that rises from the opening. The top was open and I could see the money inside it stacked high to the rim. I slump to my knees as the lights go out.
My Life: Then and Now
Looking back at my life when I just got out of school it's clear to me that I never would have thought I would be where I am today. After high school I was lost, no job, no car, no real friends and no cares at all. My first job was delivering pizzas, in the year I worked there I had saved 75% of the money I made but ended up spending it on fixing my car just so I could go back to work the next day. Then I worked at Taco Bell and yet again saved 75% of the money I had made and got a new car that was almost as crappy as the first. Then I got a job at the Home Depot. two years working there and I am full time making enough to pay the bills and I'm on my way to becoming a manager. I'm not hooked on drugs or alcohol. I'm not a bum who sits on his ass all day playing video games. I spend my free time making wooden coffee tables and chairs. I learned to play the guitar and I'm getting quite good at it.
The other day I had ran into a few people I had went to high school with. We talked for a little while then went along about our day. But after giving what they had told me about what and how they've been doing it became very clear to me that they had not really done anything with there lives. They work at a crap job making half what I make. On there spear time they drink, smoke and party all night. Then they drag them selves to work just to make enough for rent and booze for the weekend. It's little things like that that make me see just how far I have gone in just 4 years.
Your Room
To see someone for who they truly are one must dive deep into there safe zone. Where they sleep and breed. Where they go to hide from you and me. Where they can be them selves no matter what is going on out side. To see someone for who they truly are one one most go inside there room.
In side you may find an old photograph from there past that they keep close when times are tough. A movie collection that inspired them to do the things that they do. A shelf of music albums that moved them throw the daily grind of another day.
In your room is where your lost privet thoughts are formed and brought to life. In your room is where you can be who you are and not fear any one telling you your wrong.
Code Name: Wolf Pack
Ghost clicked on the radio and said in a low raspy voice ,"Target approaching. Three trucks two dozen guards". Ghost scanned the compound below with his M21 sniper rifle. The high chain link fence was topped with barbed wire and there was a guard tower at every corner, loaded with a belt fed machine gun. Looking back to the trucks Ghost watched as the officer walked inside the main building of the compound. "Target is moving inside the communication room".
"Copy that Ghost keep me updated". Grim, School Boy and Havock snuck close to the fence staying low in the shadows of the night. Havock turned to watch Grim and School Boys back as they took their bolt cutters to the chain link. Once they had a man size hole in the fence they slipped threw with ease. With Grim in point, they moved from shadow to shadow until they came up behind the trucks. "Havock get to work".
"Rodger that". Havock set his M60 on the ground and crawled under the first truck. With Grim and School Boy watching out Havock set a C4 charge under each of the trucks. When he crawled back up from the first truck he crouched next to School Boy picking up his heavy machine gun. "Charges set". Glancing around the truck he darted across the open ground of the compound sliding into the dirt he took cover behind a stack of crates. Waiting quietly Havock listened. He could hear the sound of boots crunching under the gravel and dirt. Clicking on his radio, "Ghost a little help". Havock heard the impact of the bullet but nothing from the gun shot it's self, a distanted wet thump sound. Havock stepped out from behind the crates and dragged the dead body with him as he walked backwards under one of the guard towers. Setting the body down he pulled his knife free of it's sheath. Slowly walking up the stairs, one hand holding the knife the other keeping his weapon from swinging around and making noise. The guard in the tower was sitting in a chair with his feet propped up on the railing. With a quick slash Havock cut the guards throat and held him down as he bled to death. "Havock here. I'm in position and ready to lay down some pain". Propping up his M60 Havock looked down at the compound.
"Copy". Placing a hand on School Boys shoulder Grim stood up and slipped from shadow to shadow with School Boy right behind him. Stopping just before the entrance of the communication building Grim sling his rifle over his shoulder and pulled his knife from it's sheath. Peaking around the corner he saw the two guards standing outside the entrance. Looking back at School Boy he nodded then sprinted around the corner. In one smooth motion Grim jerked the first guards rifle upward and ran his knife up into his head threw his jaw. Before the second guard had a chance to react Grim used the momentum to swing the dead guard around and smashed him into the second guard knocking him off his feet. Jumping ontop of the guard Grim stabbed him in the ribs peircing his lungs keeping the man from being able to draw enough oxagin to cry out.
"Always the ballsy mother fucker Grim", said School Boy as he grabbed one of the dead men and dragged him inside the building with Grim behind him dragging the second.
"You know me School Boy. Always looking to try something new". Dropping the body just inside the door way Grim brought his rifle up again. "Watch the exit I'll see if our guest is ready to go". Leaving School Boy at the only entrance of the building Grim quietly walked down the long hallway sweeping side to side checking any corner that a man could hide. Hearing voices ahead he stopped and leaned against the wall. The closer the voices got the tighter Grim held the grip in his M416 rifle. Looking threw the sights he aimed down the hallway waiting for who ever was coming to step into his cross hairs. Grim could see two shadows moving along the wall, slipping his finger inside the trigger guard he pulled the trigger in two short bursts. Both men dropped to the floor his out a word. Standing completely still Grim aimed down the hall over the two dead bodies, even with a suppressor someone close could have heard the shots. He waited for a whole minute before walking forward again. Peaking around the corner Grim saw the main communications room. Stepping up to the door he pressed his ear to the wooden door. Listening carefully Grim heard voices behind the door. Clicking on his radio "Ok people get ready for party time". Hearing his men replying "Copy", Grim slung his rifle around to his back and pulled his SIG 226 from it's holster and reached for the door handle. Opening it just a little he pulled a flash bang from the webbing on his vest and tossed it in. The second the blinding white light filled the room he burst threw the door. Sweeping his pistol from the left to the right he shot three times. Each bullet killing three targets leaving the forth alive. Before the last man alive could shake the effects of the flash bang from his head Grim was on top of him. Pinning the officer down to the table and knocking his side arm away. Pressing the barrel of his gun to the back of the Russains head Grim secured his hands behind his back with a pair of zip ties. "Package secure. School Boy how's the exit looking", said Grim quietly into his radio.
"Oh it's fine if you don't mind all the Russians running around trying to figure out what all the noise was", said School Boy clutching his silenced M4 assault rifle watching threw the scope as the Russian military run closer to the building him and Grim were at. "Something tells me there not going to be to happy with us for taking there officer in command".
"Havock kick this sucker off", ordered Grim as he dragged his prisoner to his feet and pushed him to the door.
"Don't have to tell me twice". Havock pulled back the bolt on his M60 machine gun and brought it up to his shoulder. From the tower he could see a group of troops running toward the building. Sighting up on a large group of targets he smiled as he pulled back on the trigger. All hell broke loose on the Russians as Havock sprayed a lone line of 7.62mm bullets down on top of them from his elevated position. Panning from side to side he followed the soldiers as they ran for cover. Letting off the trigger for a second Havock let loose a burst of fire when one of the troops poked his head out from his cover. "Got them suppressed Grim. Get moving". From the corner of his eye Havock spotted movment from his flank. "Ghost I got movment on my left".
In his low raspy voice Ghost replied "Copy engaging". Sighting in on a soldier Ghost squeezed the trigger. The soft pop of the suppressed M21 kicked against his shoulder with out watching the first man fall Ghost was sighting up on the next followed by another soft pop. By now the whole compound was on alert. The alarm blaring, the rapid gun fire from Havocks M60 and the return fire from the Russian AK's Ghost zoned them all out. As far as he was concerned it was only him and his rifle. Controlling his breathing Ghost sighted up on another target and squeezed the trigger. "Flanks clear for now". With out taking his eye from the scope Ghost rolled on his side and pulled a full clip from his chest pouch and fitted it into the receiver.
In the building Grim half dragged half led his prisoner across the room. Pinning the coursing man to the wall Grim looked out the door into the hall way. "School Boy need you inside now. We just pissed on an ant hill". Watching troops assemble down the hall Grim holstered his pistol and pulled his rifle back around and up to his shoulder.
"Copy that sir". School Boy slipped back from cover and into the front door. Walking quickly along the wall School Boy stopped at the corner in the hall way. Glancing around the corner he saw a squad of soldiers just down the hall from the main communications room where Grim was. One of the troops spotted School Boy, he ducked back around the corner as bullets pinged off the walls. Taking out a hand grenade School Boy yelled "Grim fire in the hole!!". Pulling the pin he stepped out, threw the grenade and stepped back behind the wall. When the grenade hit the ground one of the men yelled something in Russian but he was cut off by the explosion that echoed off the walls sending smoke and debry everywhere. School Boy turned the corner pointing his M4 at the bodies on the ground. Nudging one with his boot he called to Grim. "Hall way clear sir". The door opened and Grim shoved the prisoner threw. With Grim in front pushing the officer by gun point to the entrance and School Boy watching there backs the radio clicked.
"Guys ammo is running low. I won't be able to hold them off for much longer", said Havock between burst of fire.
"Copy that big guy. We're in our way out now. How's the exit looking", said Grim pressing his ear piece as he stopped just as a soldier burst threw it. Before anyone could get a shot off the mans head exploded spraying blood and brain matter all over Grim, School Boy and the prisoner.
"All clear now", said Ghost with a rare tone of humor in his voice.
"Fuck Ghost I got that shit all over me!", bitched School Boy. Whipping his face Grim pushed the prisoner outside and to the ground behind one of the trucks he came in on.
"Ghost cover Havocks retret". Grim lead the prisoner to the hole in hee chain link fence. One Havock stopped shooting the ground all around there feet was getting peppered with bullets as the soldiers fired at the three men running across the open ground to the border of the compound. Slipping threw the fence Grim shoved the prisoner to the ground and pinned him down with one knee as he returned suppressing fire as School Boy crawled to the other side. At this point Havock came running up to the fence. With both School Boy and Grim covering him he followed threw the chain link.
Seeing that the rest of the squad was clear of the fence Ghost slithered like a snake down the hill and disappeared into the high grass. Jogging at a stedy pace but keeping low to the ground Ghost made his way back to the trucks they had staged for there exit. Ghost dropped into the high brush when he saw a second vehicle next to there's. "Grim someone made our ride". Bringing his rifle up he scanned around the unexpected vehicle.
"Copy that Ghost. Keep eyes on we're ten seconds out", Grim looked back to Havock and School Boy. "School Boy watch the prisoner, Havock with me". Keeping low and quiet Grim and Havock continued threw the brush to there vehical. Clicking on his radio "Ghost we're in rang. Give me the details".
"Four men on foot one in the truck with a belt fed".
"Copy that belt fed first". Grim motioned to Havock to flank the solders from the side. Despite his large size Havock moved into position with out a sound. When Havock was in a good position to open fire on the unsuspecting squad of solders he clicked his radio twice. "Copy Ghost take him". The mans head jerked back and a red mist sprayed from the side of his head when Ghost squeezed the trigger. The remaining four men looked around alert and called out to each other. Grim shouldered his rifle and tapped the trigger twice in rapid secession dropping two of the men. Before they hit the ground Ghost had his cross hairs on a third but the fourth had ducked behind one of the trucks out of sight for both Grim and Ghost. Grim stepped out from e brush and walked with weapon at the ready quickly moving around to get a shot on the last Russian soldier. Just as he came around in sight of the man the solder held his AK around the side of the truck and let loose a volley of 7.62mm rounds. Grim hit the dirt and rolled to the side out of the line of fire. "Ghost do have a shot?".
"Negotiate".
"Havock?".
"Got him". Muzzle flash lite up one of the trees to Grims left and the sound of bullets pinging off the truck was unquestionable. The last man standing didn't last long against Havocks M-60. He walked clear of the tree line when the man fell to the ground dead. With out another word Havock looked in the bed of there truck and pulled out a metal case of ammo and reloaded his machine gun.
"Ghost, School Boy fall in and let's get out of here", said Grim over the radio. Looking over the truck to make sure it was a in working order Grim climbed into the front seat. Ghost came jogging up with School Boy dragging the prisoner behind him. "Mount up the whole base would have heard that". I the distance Grim could hear the sounds of vehical driving down the road to them. Havock and School Boy shoved the prisoner into the truck bed while Ghost climbed into the passenger seat with Grim without saying a word. Starting up the engaging Grim drove off down the road. With in minutes a second set of head lights shinned behind them and bullets pinged off the tail gate.
"Contact rear!", yelled School Boy. Pinning down the prisoner with one knee he returned fire on the truck. Havock joined in with his M-60 and the truck swerved wildly as the heavy fire hit the front of the grill. The muzzle flash from a vehical mounted machine gun as it opened fire. Grim swerved the truck as bullets tore threw the cab and shattered the windshield. Ghost took the but of his rifle and smashed the glass back so Grim could see where he was driving.
"Ghost get out there and kill that son of a bitch!". Ghost nodded and took Grim M416, kicking open the passenger door. Grim swerved off the road slightly smashing the open door off the cab. Clicking on his seat belt Ghost leaned out the side of the truck cab suspended by the seat belt. Taking careful aim Ghost fired in single shot at the perusing truck. "Wolf Pack to Big Brother, we are three miles from the extraction sight but we're not alone", yelled Grim over the radio as he navigated along the bumpy dirt road. "Big Brother do you copy?".
"Read you loud and clear Wolf Pack. Do you require fire support?", replied the 747 plan circaling above.
"Negitave Big Brother to much attention. Package extraction via sky hook. I repeat sky hook".
"Copy that Wolf Pack. Depending for pick up".
"School Boy you get that?", yelled Grim over his shoulder.
"Copy that", slinging his rifle over his shoulder School Boy rolled the prisoner on his back. Taking a back pack and putting it on the less then willing Russian School Boy secured the pack onto the mans back. Havock and Ghost continued shooting it out with the truck when a second vehical came up behind the first.
"Sir we have more company back here", said Havock between bursts of fire. "Don't think there very happy about us taking there officer".
"That just means he knows something we need to know. School Boy two minutes to extract", said Grim.
"Copy. Packege is ready". School Boy flattened the prisoner in the truck bed again and pulled a collapsible 40mm grenade launcher from Havocks back. "Clearing the road in three......two.....". School Boy fired the high explosive road into the front end of the truck causing it to explode in a ball of flame for a breif second. The truck flipped over it's front and rolled over once before stopping in a flaming wreckage.
Grim slammed on the breaks and sharply turned the truck long ways with the road. Before the dust from the tires settled the team was out of he truck and using it for cover. At this time the second truck had stopped and the occupants had jumped out on foot. Taking up posistions they began firing at the team. "Havock bring the pain. Ghost, School Boy hook up". Taking the prisoner and shoving him to the dirt Grim pulled out his pistol and shooting around the side of the truck as Havock lay flat on the ground underneath shooting at anything that moved up the road. Ghost and School Boy took a long rope from a second pack from inside the truck and secured one end to the prisoner and led the other to each member of the Wolf Pack. "Big Brother we are ready for extraction".
"Copy that Wolf Pack deploy becon".
On the que School Boy yanked on the pull cord on the back pack the prisoner was wearing and a large white ballon quickly filled and floated into the air almost 200 feet. "Pucker up boys, Big Brother inbound!". At School Boys warning each member quickly stood up and held on tight to there weapons as the large plan rawred over head. The ballon was caught by the catch on the front of the plan and team and prisoner alike where sweaped up from the ground as it flew away.
