Moon and Stars
As the day begins to slowly fade away like a coat being taken off for the night, what
comes is the calm stillness. Sit outside and enjoy the moment. Take in the scene when the stars and moon adorn the sky like fine jewelry. Notice the beautiful tapestry of the black velvet sky and marvel at the scene before you. Mother Nature, the artist.
Banker and Farmers
Many years ago, a stranger entered a village. He described his job: a “banker”. It was a word the people never heard of before. He brought a gift to the village the people knew: “money”. But he gave the money in a way the people never heard of before: “loan”. It was easy to take a loan: the pledge of taking a loan was the farm. All the people accepted and took a loan.
It did not rain that year; no rain, no corps. Weaker farmers could not pay back a loan and banker took over the farms. The banker told them, "Don't worry. From today, you are my workers. You don't have to leave the village". But "worker" was a word the people never heard of people. The second year it did not rain, the third year, the fourth year... it did not rain for seven years. Each year, the banker took over the farms of a group of farmers. The banker took over the last farm in April and it rained in May.
Nothing changed. Only farmers became workers! The banker did not allow more changes. They took a loan again. They still had more pledges. They had houses and sheep. A few years later, they were not allowed to eat their eggs. They took a loan again. They still had their hen and rooster!
heaven
i can only dream of a world where
underneath the white veil your smile
stays even when you know i obsess
over the sugary taste of your lipstick
and how your eyes enchant my sky
of darkness like sparks meant to be
time stops as we live in the universe
that exists in the air you breathed
the way that afternoon like a black
and white movie you made me fall
for sunlight and small talks and you
and you made me believe in heaven
the ring carved with his initials and
a date years ago scratched me when
your fingers laid against my skin
left a scar that would never ever heal

again
1087 days since we've first met
i've cried myself to sleep every night
wishing i knew just how to get over you
740 days i was forced to see you
your perfume haunting the hallways
softly dangerous your voice broke my sanity
8 days left for you to be in my life
my heart still waiting for the punchline
late at night i hope we (never ever) meet again

wished
the late nights lost in empty bottles
once overflowed with your soft voice
the haunting songs played on repeat
echoed off the white walls drowning
the sharp blades and blood on skin
lost in pain reflected from your eyes
the faded moonlight beyond windows
across the horizon the world fell silent
the lines of words you'd never read
all along i've always wished i was yours

seasons
her hair flows like dreamcatchers
swaying gently in the summer wind
her eyes deep like black ink speckled with gold
my heart fell and crumbled like autumn leaves
her smile entangles the sky with evanescent snowflakes
of the coldest winters numbing the voices in my mind
her fingers on my skin painting a colorful spring in my world
roses blooming from my vessels now dripping with dark blood
