Questioning Life?
Live and leave
Is what many do.
Only a few unfortunate
Ponder upon-
Who am I?
Why am I as I am?
For what I am?
Am I to where,
Who are all to share
And who are to care?
Is life meaningful
And when things go wrong,
To be or not to be?
“Life is too peaceful
To be spent questioning.”
Notes: Many get the meaning of the last two lines wrong. It is just like an old saying- “Life is too wonderful to be spent worrying.”

Home Sweet Home ?
Our home, the earth, is a big bed of dust
Where almost all are ruled by lust.
Here roses bloom amidst thorns
And lambs live amidst wolves.
Here there are oceans so vast and deep
With so many dangers unseen.
Here there are hills with hot spills,
Held by which lives ’come still.
Fire, water and air- all are vital,
But at times they become fatal.
These are not all... Diseases too toll!
Life appears amidst; suffers and struggles
All the way to become lifeless.
