Pft. Do You Even Have To Ask?
Obviously it's Demi Lovato. She has written some of the most self-concerning and relatable songs I have ever heard in my life. Especially in her latest album (released on my 13th birthday) "Demi" I feel like she literally took pieces of herself and put them into her music.
Every single song she has either cowrote or written herself. For example, for one of my most favorite songs by her "Warrior", she grabbed the reins and wrote a beautiful masterpiece.
But more than all of this, she's an inspiration to millions. She has been through so much, including an alcoholic and mentally ill father, drug addictions, self-harm, eating disorders, and multiple mental disorders, including clinical depression and bipolar disorder. And I'm sure there are many, many other things that she's had to go through that she hasn't talked about. Now, if you don't find that strong of her, then please, refer to me on what strong is.
And anyone who says she's not talented, let me refer you to these few facts:
She's an actor. She was six when she first started, on Barney And Friends. Then she did a series of Disney shows, including: When The Bell Rings, Sonny With A Chance, and even did a movie series called Camp Rock.
She's written her own book for people on how to stay strong.
She's a singer. (Obviously)
She's directed her own music videos.
Without hesitation, front porch step. They're an all acoustic band. Literally front porch step calms me down, yet makes me cry at the same time.
His songs on the album "aware" are so deep and so well thought out, that I just WISH everyone knew about him.
I can't even explain how much these songs mean to me, and I relate to every single one with like my heart.
I've seen him perform once in concert and let me tell you. When you see your all time favorite band play live, and you're the only person there that knows every single word, it's the best feeling in the world. The song "drown" is so freaking perfect, anyone who doesn't know front porch step like needs to.
