                             Constitution, 

                                               Bill of Rights, 

                                                      and 

                                                   all 

                                           other 

                        Amendments 

               legally 

     forming 

               the 

                  United States 

                                     shall 

                                          henceforth 

                                                         be 

                                              replaced 

                                        with 

                                     a 

                              new 

           Constitution, 

                                 fit for this millennium.
