(T)offee
Which is better, air or water?
Which is better, sword or shield?
Which is better, day or night?
I cannot answer any of these questions just as I cannot really answer this challenge.
Coffee picks me up when I am down like a good friend. But tea settles my stomach when I'm sick or nervous.
Tea makes you savor the anticipation like a hesitant lover. But coffee is ready from the pour, that dirty whore.
Coffee's bitter bite often needs the help of milk or sugar. But tea is content in its simplicity.
And so you have my answer: toffee
A ridiculously expensive cup of coffee
$15.00 for a cup of coffee?
Not a big mega-get you jittering cup
No a small dainty I am having a Sunday sip of coffee cup.
Was it worth it?
Every last drop
Of silky
smooth
non-bitter
frothy
foamy
deliciousness
That made all other cups of coffee seem like day old burnt gas station coffee.
Almost worth flying across the world to have another........
Coffee
"I'll never be a morning person. Each morning felt more exhausting than the last. I would get you and your brother out of bed and dressed for school. I would scrap together some breakfast for you, then somehow we would manage to leave the house and get in the car. The thing I remember most was the car ride. The ride would start out terribly. You and your brother might be fighting, there was bad traffic, we were running late, it was always something. But carefully balanced next to the gear shifter was my mug of coffee. I would take a sip and feel that warm bitterness, I would feel just a little better. By the time we got to school I would be almost done with my mug. You kids would get out, then I would be left alone to finish my commute to work. Before I drove off I would grip my mug, drink the last remaining coffee, and briefly close my eyes. It was right then for the first time each morning I felt like I could do it all again tomorrow."
-Mom
Would you care for some honey for your tea? or Would you like Sugar or cream? for your coffee?
That is a good question. I would always love a good cup of Joe in the morning, just one lasted me the whole day.
When me and my mom on a random occasion would stop at Starbucks just for a coffee, Just her and I something we loved, something for just I and her.
Now though I cant drink coffee, but I may drink tea. Anything with no caffeine, so I drink caffeine free tea. I drink Tea in the morning, I dink tea in the after noon, I drink tea in the evening, and I drink tea at night. The funny part was before this I did not like Tea! but two cups from my mother and me thinking of the flavors, I ended up loving it. Tea helps me calm down and think more settled and clearly.
But I will still go to Starbucks with my mom, but I'll order tea, if I had to chose from ether one there is no right or wrong answer to that question you can chose coffee one day or tea the next or vise versa whatever is your flavor of the night or day .-Terra
Tea or Coffee
I don't know what I should choose!
Tea or Coffee, Coffee or Tea.
It runs through my mind millions of times. I try the pros and cons.
Pro, coffee wakes me up.
Con, coffee makes me jittery and hyper.
Pro, coffee tastes good
Con, coffee makes you short I think...
Pro, tea relaxing.
Con, it makes me sleepy
Pro, takes away all my stress
Con, I can't think straight.
Everything has it's ups and it's downs.
Everyone makes choices in life.
And yes, choices can be difficult like choosing a friend over another when they are equal.
That is why I am picking both coffee and tea.
They are my friend and I'd like to treat them equally.
