Rewrite a well-known story from a new perspective
Take a famous fairy tale, myth, or popular literature and rewrite it in a different perspective than the original. For example, you could write from the popular villain's point of view, and find a way to justify their actions. Or alternatively, maybe one of the characters has an unexplored motivation that you can focus on. No word limit, poetry or prose.

Limerick Memories
I thought it would be fun to write limericks for my friends about funny memories we share... but then I thought it would be even more fun to extend the challenge to the rest of you guys :) Just write a limerick about a funny memory you have, and tag me in the comments so I can read them. Looking forward to your entries!
"A limerick is a humorous poem consisting of 5 lines. The first, second, and fifth lines have 7-10 syllables while rhyming and having the same verbal rhythm. The third and fourth lines should only have 5-7 syllables; they too must rhyme with each other and have the same rhythm."

Pet Peeves
I was hanging out with some classmates and somebody asked the group what our biggest pet peeves were, and there were some interesting answers. So, that's why I'm going to extend this question to the community on Prose. :) Poetry or prose
