Two World,One Land
When you find greenery everywhere,
Ecocide exists in the midst.
The air, the water, the sound is all soothing,
Makes me think of the city.
When the village puts its lights off,
The city grooves itself in chaos.
When the village has a hillside view,
The city finds itself suffocating with flu.
The superstition exists here more than in the city,
Difficult to get it off in the vicinity.
Orthodoxy prevails here,
But modern approaches take a step ahead.
The people are the same here,
The contrast is huge.
But one thing similar to both
Is the land that they own
Who am I without My Parents?
*Who am I without My Parents?*
I had a life to be lived longer
When I was younger,
With my eyes glittering and giggling,
Too innocent to know the reason.
At the span of adolescence,
When I was getting young, my parents slowly slipped to agedness.
Little did I know then
How far (fast) I have to go now.
In my twenties, hardly when I had my graduation done,
I noticed the smile on that face,
Thinking it was for my success,
Not knowing it was the adieu smile.
People rightly say,
A person left with tears in their eyes
Might come for once,
But a person left with a smile on the face
Comes for none.
Left alone in the corner,
A flower which bloomed every single day
Now has lost its charm and its magic,
For now it's dull and ordinary.

Fated Farewells
It hurts me, does it hurt you too?
Saying and bidding you adieu.
It was not my plan,
But the situation made it happen.
People say rightly,
People are not meant to be held tightly.
No matter whatever you do,
They will remember you for one thing you didn't do...
You will think it's your fault too,
But nature will align itself, giving signals
And make you join the knots
To get the clear picture.
For everything you didn't do,
You will be criticized.
For everything you did,
You will be criticized.
People say everything happens for a reason,
So is this.
The deeds of your past (not necessarily)
Might be reflecting presently.
How a City treats a Stranger!
A stranger with so many aspirations arrives to live a life,
That glitters vividly in their eyes.
So much in their mind,
But nothing to say aloud to those alike.
It’s as pure an emotion as a person in love,
Or perhaps, if simply put together,
It’s a feeling unmatched,
With those of worldly affairs.
With eyes speaking more than the woman,
The stranger needs someone to understand,
To help them move with the city's pace,
And that’s how they find their space.
But some are left with grief in their heart,
Affirming themselves all alone,
Keeping life’s ball running,
Is their ultimate goal.
From similar yet different environments,
They’ve all come to make life better.
Left with no other choice,
But it’s strange how a city treats strangers so differently.
Unfiltered Life
In between the fake smiles of life
Lies a world left unromanticized.
Thy happiness is an altered parody,
Making the case for an unfiltered life.
When the world has put on the mask
With two versions of themselves,
I affirm myself with the only soul I have,
For now, it's time to unfilter our lives.
Ease up on the loads on the shoulder,
For now is the time for self-rule.
Like a wild forest left silent,
It's time for introspection.
Fantasies make one feel happy,
For they do not require much thought.
Dreams are sweeter until one wakes up.
But keeping the ball running
Is the ultimate joyful lesson from life.
Perfection,is that even a concept?
Perfection,is that even a concept?
Does perfection sounds to you a no error woman or does it sounds a man invincible?
It's a concept slightly overrated
With it making average diminished.
The pursuit of perfection is such
Highlights the flaws much
Brings out the ceaseless growth in you
Utopia is not perfection
Embracing the flaws is the best virtue
And making it a strength shows your cognition
And helps you do introspection.
Perfection is not about free of errors rather it's a concept for bringing out the more holistic version in you.
