Everything Dies

Everything dies,

It was vain,

To think,

I could,

Cheat death.

Everything dies,

And I didn't want to,

So I tried to cheat,

To live for eternity,

But in reality,

I was living in hell,

Watching everyone I loved,

Disappear in a blink of an eye,

Watching the worlds dies,

Watching the stars go out,

And watching the universes collapse.

I hadn't cheated death.

Death had gotten the last words,

And I was naive to believe,

I had won.
