Arcadias Café
I wander through a maze of chamomile. A combination of smells wafts toward me. Pinapple and apple. I skip on stepping stones, moss spread on its round edges. At one end, a stainedglass door is hidden within a small hill. The doors open to the smell of coffee mixing with the sweet smell outside. Not many people are talking, most of them stuck in a book. The bar is a functioning carousel with children taking turns with their parents. A lullaby is playing throughout the place. My stress falls away as sleep lulls me, tempting me to join.Plenty of reading nooks are covered with blankets and pillows. Each one surrounded by different plants as a form of aromatherapy. I choose a teacup with eucalyptus leaves draping it like a curtain. Warm colors greet my eyes further relaxing me.
My eyes close enjoying the soft blankets. The sound of a waterfall gives me a reason to further explore after my nap. Its hollow echo promising a further adventure.
This is a dream I had where I explored a city created by healers. There were also dragons, fairies, and Atlantis. There was also an academy with a statue of the headmistress flocked by ravens.
