November Writing Goals (Inspired by NaNoWriMo)
In honor of National Novel Writing Month, I am setting and pursuing some writing goals in an effort to get back on track with writing more consistently, and getting back into better creative rhythms.
- I am in the process of writing a children's book with one of my best friends for publication. My goal during NaNoWriMo is to get the first draft edited and sent to my friend/partner for her feedback and artistic touch.
- I am going to commit to writing at least three Bible Journals a week with the Crossroads Anywhere community, and submit them here as well.
- I am going to commit to submitting short stories to the Reedsy Prompts page (https://blog.reedsy.com/creative-writing-prompts/) each week that will advance the story in my work in progress online book "The Ultimate Hero Network? A Short Story Collection (https://theprose.com/book/3184/the-ultimate-hero-network-a-short-story-collection)." The stories will also be added to the book via Prose.
- I am going to commit to writing at least two new chapters each week for the spinoff book "New Adventurers: Enter The Pirate & Crew (https://theprose.com/book/3137/new-adventurers-enter-the-pirate-crew)!" I will work on completing the "Training World Arc" and then begin the next storyline, which will be the "Small Town Magic Arc."
Please feel free to hold me accountable during this time. And if anyone else is utilizing the NaNoWriMo website, feel free to add me via https://nanowrimo.org/participants/roses311sublime
Happy writing everyone, and thanks!
