There are times in your life

where you can only see a wave of darkness

It surrounds you and ingulfs you in fear and saddness.

But waves come, and go.

Leave your emotions that came with that wave behind.

It is terrifying when that wave passes.

So, you think to yourself

God is good,

He sent his only son to die for us,

To take the place,

To take the pain so we could be set free. That's the definition, of unconditional,

Unbelievable,

Never failing,

Unshakable,

And unchangeable true love.

Jesus died,

Got tortured,

And he did this,

Because he loves us.

He loves us for who we are,

No matter how far

You think you've gone

No matter how many scars,

You have,

God loves you.

He loves you,

No matter what you've done,

Who you are,

No matter where you are in life,

Just remember.

He sent his own son,

To live a sinless life,

To be ridiculed, beaten

And hung on the cross for you.
