Entry #3: A Melancholy In Gold
The royal tears won't flow. I have no hope of claiming the power in the wake of their deluge. When a meteor hits, the impact only does some of the devastating -- waves do their fair share. I feel as if I have it in me to dredge the toxins from the belly of Gaia herself and, in doing so, spin up and dilute the poisonous rot stewing there. I keep the golden key in my pocket. It will know its' companion in due time.
To know The Key is to let it twine like some eight-legged reptile round my fingers, sink its' teeth into my palms, and find rest. As my coil tremors, my spirit slinks off and away. Cowardice, or tact? Respite, in either case, and by such simple means.
Energy Surrounding: A Poetic Recounting of A Therapeutic Experience
For the first time
I felt my energy surrounding
In a sphere
Outside my body’s boundary
From my arms,
Light like tributaries shone
Branching out
To make the unknown known
Winding ’round the room
Like ivy up a stone wall
I gave it all
And all returned
But light and saturated with the weight of creation
All that was is mine again
And there is even more awaiting the taking
The power is pulsing through my heart’s casing
Limitless
Entry #1: The Weakening
The Earth has always felt like home, but Nature offers me only isolation. I don’t hear their whisper. Deep within the Minnesota wood silence speaks volumes. My tremors are worsening; I feel my muscles weakening. The words on your screen are glyphs etched into stone by what magic I can presently muster. Know them, and know me.
Sight, by eye or ear, transforms. The sky is bright on an evening in July. 2024 A.D. – I find my eyes full of syrupy visions. Time, thick and cloying, carries in its viscous sphere all the pain and joy of the last eight years. What I wish, I may take. That which I jettison sinks low into the ancestral consciousness. Like a message in a bottle, it will resurface; I will be ready. And so I ask, are you? As what little magic I have does its work, will you bear witness to that work and, in doing so, nurture it?
If so, send me a message. Let me know you, thank you, and transform you in kind.
