I don't have an explanation of why I enjoy these.

"This is only for the moment." My love told me this, and my favorite acting coach. They both have something in common, they're people I value the most talking about the one thing that matters to me the most.

In acting, moments are slight actions and lines before moving on to the next part. They're smaller parts within the larger scheme of things. When you're learning how to deal with a moment you learn to take your time and really feel, take in, observe the situation and be in that place. But moments don't last long. Acting is my life, it's something that helps me to cope with awkward situations and create who I am.

Moments are just a few smaller part of life. You might love the moment, hate the moment, bask in the moment, or even try to run from the moment, but it's all just for a moment. With this small piece of knowledge I've been able to deal with a lot of things because I recognized that things, whether good or bad, can't last forever because they're only moments.

This is a quote from the little boy in the movie 'Pay It Forward' I think we can all learn a lesson from this little boy. Imagine living in a world where we all helped each other. No one would be alone
