My Sweet Lady Death
I have traveled across galaxies, conquered many worlds, eradicated whole civilizations, all in the purpose to win you over, my sweet Lady Death. I hear you whisper to me in my dreams. It is like a siren's call, a symphony of darkness that beckons for me. I can no longer tell if this is mere play or mockery. It matters not. All that I do is for you.
Yet it never seems enough, does it my love? How many more lives must I extinguish for you to return my affection? Or is that not what you wish? No, I know what will summon your grace. The power to manipulate all of reality, and I can achieve that power. I hold the crown in my hand, all I need is the jewels for it. And they are all located on a lowly, backwater world.
This task will not be easy. The planet is protected by its greatest guardians. Heroes the inhabitants call them. I shall put their titles to the test once I make my arrival. These pitiful heroes believe they can stop me. They can try, they will fail. They will realize why I am called the Mad Titan before I choke out their last breath in my hands. And in the end, when these so called heroes fall, I will offer their corpses as my gift to you, my love. My sweet Lady Death.

The Lovely Grim Reaper
The grim reaper is the one who takes lives. He is the one that causes destruction in the world. He devastates families and friends and loved ones. But most people don’t think about how death can be and is a lovely creature. Death is a part of life whether people want to believe so or not. Death is not only responsible for causing destruction and devastation in the world, that's not the only thing the Grim Reaper does. He also brings others together to grieve or to reunite with the ones they lost before those victims have had their lives taken.
The one and only Mr. Grim Reaper tears people apart, brings them together, and gives peoples a reason to let out emotions that are bottled up inside, he gives the living a push to do what they always want to do but are too scared to do it. The Grim Reaper will visit everyone some point, bringing bad news behind him wherever he goes, whoever he visits next.
I also believe the Grim Reaper is a lovely creature because he is also in love with life and purity. He can see how lovely life is but he never can experience it himself. Instead of living he is the one forced to bring bad news, destruction, pain, anger, sadness and death wherever he goes. He is the one who isn't only in pain but he feels the pain himself and everyday he is beside himself with nobody to care for him. The Grim Reaper is an innocent being and he is misunderstood.
The Grim Reaper is in fact a lovely being that is forced to endure a pain nobody can understand. He is the one forced to lead a life he was not wanting, a life where his previous life was no better.
The Grim Reaper is a lovely being and he is deeply misunderstood.
My Love
When my hair was a long cascade of black waves,
I felt my lover's fingers run through them.
Now my hair is frizzy gray wires,
Most of which lies around the shower drain;
And my lover's hands are bony and cold.
Once my body ached for man's touch,
now my body aches but for no one,
and I yearn for the cold embrace of my final love.
Once my heart was filled with passion,
Now my heart skips a beat,
As my last, true love draws closer.
With Loss Comes Love
"Death will come to greet us all" my grandfather once told me that when I was younger. It wasn't until his passing I finally saw what he meant.
At his funeral the pastor spoke. Everyone dressed in black, listening to his words, looking into the coffin as if to see the last of my grandfathers life fade from this existence into the next. But I felt something different. Someone else was around. My eyes went from his coffin to my surroundings. There was a man in the background, his gaze was fixed upon the scene in front of him. He looked vaguely like family.
"I'll be back" I said in a hushed tone towards my mother, the words trailing off as I headed towards the mysterious figure. As I neared closer. The figure seemed to shift. The familiar face began to hold a skeletal figure. Was this man deathly ill? With each step its figure changed more, held in its hand looked like some sort of weapon.
"E-excuse me.." I stammered out.
The figure stepped from the tree, a large scythe held tightly by a skeletal hand, its eyes were sockets but nonetheless still trained on the funeral going on behind me
"You're here for my grandfather, aren't you?" I said in a soft tone. The figure turned its gaze to me, a chill creeping up my spine.
"Yes. It is my duty to guide his soul to the world beyond" its voice sounded like a whisper
"My grandfather once told me that death will greet us all. That his cold embrace will lead us into a land that we can finally be happy" I stepped closer, the distance between us only mere inches
"Without my hand to guide them. Their souls would wonder endlessly with no hope of salvation." The reaper responded
"Well..." I said as I looked up into the lifeless sockets "...are you happy?"
"Happiness is felt through a connection of life. I am surrounded by the reminecence of what was once a happy soul. A soul that was once full of life, stolen by my embrace" the reapers hand clenched tighter around the scythe
"Have you ever loved someone?" I stuffed my hands into the pockets of my jeans.
The reaper fell silent, looking up to the funeral as it came to its end, the people dispersing from the scene.
"You said happiness is felt by the living. Maybe the living can show you the meaning to happiness and love" I said, a soft smile on my face, my cheeks burning a soft pink
The reaper turned its gaze to me once more
"And whom do you think could show me such emotions? I take from the living what others held most dear" the reaper responded in almost a spiteful tone
"Well...me. You take from the living to lead them into a life they may live better in. You should be more deserved of love then any being on this planet" My tone raised with each word, tears seeming to fill my eyes.
The reaper stopped, its eyes on the coffin
"A soul willing to show a reaper happiness and love?" The reaper said in its hushed tone "thank you"
It's head shifted to look back at me, its face seeming to show a smile.
