Love
I want every person in this world,
To find their true love,
Their soulmate.
Even if it takes a lot,
Of time,
Loss,
Struggle.
Everyone deserves to meet their partner,
It does not have to always work out,
But we deserve this at the least.
To know that there is someone,
Or there was someone,
Meant just for us.
I want a lot of things,
But this is what I want
For the world,
For humans,
While we exist.
What I Want
There are so many things.
I want people to understand,
How quick their lives can end.
All it take is a single movement.
A slice, punch, press, pinch,
A shot, drop, throw, release,
Can end it all.
I want people to understand,
That friendship is a privilege.
It also helps to define,
Who you are.
I want people to understand,
Love is not a choice.
You cannot completely choose,
Who you fall for,
And who you don't.
I want so many things,
These are just three,
Of the hundreds.
Want
I want you,
But without the parts of you that hurt to love.
I want your hands,
When they aren't clenched in fists,
But nestled in mine.
I want your love,
Until it turns to anger.
I want your heart,
But only the part that loves me.
I want your eyes,
Until the tears form in the corners.
I want you,
But not your whole.
Just a NEED
What I want most in this world is to live a different life.
To wake up knowing I could pay my bills no matter what the price.
To help someone change their life and grow to be a success.
To help our children know that reading a book is best.
To let our youngsters know that a book never needs to be re-charged.
To show them that there is a story on every trading card.
What I want most in this world is to win a Nobel Peace Prize.
To see people reading my books, and my name is recognized.
What I Want Most In The World
When you’re young, you see the world as this huge beautiful place and you think you can be anything you want. You don’t get judged for your hopes and dreams. Your biggest problem is when you'll be able to take a nap. You never fear what people think about you or if you look good enough. When we were young, no one cared what you liked to do or who you hung out with. Why now? Why does it matter what grades I have, why does it matter if I don’t hang out with people who you think are “popular”. Why am I called a teachers pet for listening and doing what i'm told?
I want to be accepted for who I am not forced to change. I don’t want people to freak out like it's the craziest thing that ever happened if they get a better grade than me or if I forget something.
I’M NOT PERFECT!
I want to go to school and do my best. I want to hang out with my friends and play cards and not have to worry about what others think. I want to not be afraid of what people will say when I make a mistake.
I’M NOT PERFECT!
I want to go to school and not get mocked and teased for trying my best and having pride in my work. I don’t want to worry about people trying to mess me up or destroy my work because they think its funny.
I’M NOT PERFECT!
So stop acting like I have to be. Stop judging me for everything I do.
What I want more than anything in the world, is for everyone to be accepted and respected. For no one to have to worry about what others think or say. For no one to be afraid of being themselves.
Please
Money
Money is the key to all things. If you have money your kid can go to school and get a degree and become an astronaut. If you have money you can buy a big house with a yard and have the kids run around with the big dog. You can pay off the debt and buy your woman a nice necklace every now and then. You can fly to Europe and give the kids some culture.
But...
Be careful of lusting for money. Many men have had the world in the palms of their hands and thrown it all away for a little bit of money.
