She wanders at the edge of the living and the dead. Dark hair, dead eyes, and cold, cold fingers. Dancing across your peripheral, she fades when you glance over your shoulder.

Closer, closer. She’s closer every time.

When her hand brushes your shoulder, you shiver, wishing you'd never looked back.

There, I swear, they mix with land,

At night, by moon, they dance.

But, dare disturb the dead's quaint life,

from the Beach of Scattered Ashes,

They fight with might all through the night

Until they reunite.

He raced to help the broken woman at the bottom of the stairs

But he gasped as his hands passed through her. 

Spectral eyes looked up, dripping hateful blood.

“You've killed me,” she hissed so bitterly. 

She smiled as a cold touch stopped his heart
