Write a Poem to Someone You Regret Leaving
My Old Friend
I realize I'm a dick
For leaving you like that
I killed a good friendship
At the drop of a hat
Your dad died from cancer
You shut everyone out
I was the only one
That had so many doubts
They all stayed by your side
While I tried to forget
What we did together
What we could've had yet
I never deserved you
But you stayed there with me
And when it flipped around
I decided to flee
I'm sorry for it all
You deserve much better
I miss you everyday
I'll love you forever
