Easy as Cake

If you can’t take the heat, fight fire with fire.

Hindsight is twenty-twenty. Foresight is blind.

Breaking The Bank on Borrowed Time

A stitch in time saves nine cats’ lives, on pins and needles, lost in haystacks.

But, a penny earned, with bridges burned, breaks your piggy bank’s back, stabbed, by grinding an axe.

Well, speaking of the devil, why don’t you just let that cat out of the bag?

A New York Minute makes what comes around go around.

Airing dirty laundry can put a chip on your shoulder.

But If They Sleep, How Do They Bark?

It's best to just let sleeping dogs bark up the wrong tree. Otherwise, they might bite the hand that's more than they can chew.

A blessing.

The gods punished her and placed a curse on her that changed her, she chuckled and tossed her head in the air & said~ ‘‘this is a blessing in disguise!’’ Why waste her time to thank them for her new gift, when her actions of turning folks to stone would speak much louder and show that she was pleased with her new found power.

So much for goals...

A goal without a plan is just a wish. Man plans, God laughs.

(Here's wishing God will plan my goal while I'm laughing.)

Idiom Mashup

Drastic times call for an arm and a leg.

(Nonsense to get this up to 15 words)

(Also, I'm not sure I did this right... but, whatever)

Too many cooks spoil the idiom

Too many cooks spoil the broth but many hands make light work. So you may end up with horrible soup, but at least you won't be in the dark! :)

A stitch in time saves two in the bush.

Every cloud is a blessing in disguise

And finally, just for the sound of it!

Many a mickle Mott the Hoople
