Is there such a thing as being chocked to death by love?

"Why are you still single?" Has anyone ever asked you this? How did you answer? Would you change your answer if you could? or How would you answer if it was asked? Maybe you just think it's a pointless and pathetic question that no one should ask, or maybe you have asked it...
