If you're planning on dying in a minute, you can spare me a few seconds. Just listen to me. Somewhere in this world, someone is holding a gun to their head. Someone is standing at the edge of a bridge. Someone is looking into a full bottle of pills. They want to pull the trigger so they can stop the horrible thoughts running through their head. They want to fall into the ice cold water to numb the heartbreak. They want those painkillers so they can kill something more than pain.
Maybe they won't do it today. Maybe they will. Who knows. They just need someone to genuinely listen to them. You're suffering right now, you understand what it's like to cry yourself to sleep at night...so wouldn't you want to be there to let someone cry on your shoulder? To help them?
If you end your life right now, you are ending the life of someone else. Maybe it's a friend, a future spouse, maybe even a complete stranger. You might not even know you're saving them. I'm not going pretend that I understand everything you are going through. I'm not going to lie and say that everything will be alright by tomorrow morning. Things are going to be rough, but it will all get so much better. You're young. If you end it all right now, yes, things won't get any worse. But if you do it, things won't ever get any better. If you kill yourself, you're letting all those awful things win. You have to kick them in the ass and show them whose boss by living. Inspire people, starting with yourself. Take a moment to clear your head and decide to live.
Are Roses Red
Roses are red
Violets are blue
That is their color
That is their hue
Sunflowers are yellow
Peonies are pink
That's what I've been told
So that's how I think
I know flower petals
Are nature's soft silk
And that honey bees flit
And float to its milk
I know how they smell
Each unique in their scent
I know that they wilt
Leaves crisp and stems bent
Yes, roses are red
But please keep in mind
That color means nothing To a man that is blind
“Money Can’t Buy You Happiness”
Money can't buy you happiness. I'm not sure where the origin of this phrase came from or if it meant something different back then, but it today's modern society, it basically means this: "Money is not the most important thing to have in life, especially when had in excess." Which is true. There are many things far more important. Family, friends, education, a warm home. However, people often use this phrase incorrectly, considering money is extremely important. Money isn't simply paper and shiny coins. Money is the plane ticket to see family overseas. Money is the helper to get a future cancer-curing doctor into college. Money is the roof a mother wishes she could put over her starving children. When money is excessive, it is unhealthy. But money in general, especially when well-deserved, could be the key to one's happiness.
As Heaven and Hell Unite
As cliché as it sounds, death is not the end. There is Heaven, and there is Hell, both of which share the similar timeline that is eternity. In Heaven, there are little angels with smooth skin and soft hair and feathery wings. In Hell, there are little demons with dark eyes and rough lips and leathery wings. On Earth, there are little people with equal amounts of great intelligence and ignorance. Heaven and Hell came together, afraid and confused, as demons and angels alike began disappearing. The scientists on Earth had discovered how to bring the dead back to life.
