Hello, Little Worm
kintsugi is the art of fixing broken pottery with gold to make it more valuable and more beautiful. Shattered pieces can make beatiful works of art just like you.
Everything will be okay in the end. If it's not okay, it's not the end.
You've survived all the things you thought you couldn't.
It doesn't matter how expensive or professional your camera is, it will never be able to capture the true beauty of a sunset. The beauty is in experiencing it. I can't tell you how you look, but I can try to show you how you make me feel.
All the worst days only have twenty four hours. All the good days seem to stick with you forever.
You can't handle me. I handle me everyday and that already makes me stronger than you.
What's so bad about being useless? You're not meant to be used.
Shooting Stars
Deep in the sky across the universe from here
Lies the mysteries of who we are
The extent of who we could be,
When will we be able to see
Beyond our individuality collectively
All the things that we truly have to offer,
The extent of our possibilities are unfathomableness
Like the depths of the night sky
Filled with stars as far as the eye can see,
Will we continue to let the gaps of the known
Shackle us to this ground we now call home,
Unintelligent creatures of mass destruction
Allowing a few to profit off the misery of us all
Destined to destroy each other and this world,
Or will we break free from these binds
Hold one another to a higher standard of morals
Stop allowing profit to dictate our destinies
Freeing the highest form of education for the masses,
Breaking the mold so every single individual
May explore the furthest reaches of their unknowns
Bringing the mysteries of this universe home,
Where we meant to just fall in line
Just another tragedy of the times,
Or are we destined to fly through the sky
Shooting Stars who have yet to learn to fly!
Enough Reason for Me
“... and tho'
We are not now that strength which in old days
Moved earth and heaven; that which we are, we are;
One equal temper of heroic hearts,
Made weak by time and fate, but strong in will
To strive, to seek, to find, and not to yield.”
― Alfred Tennyson, Ulysses
I find age relentlessly advancing, relentlessly pushing me forward to that last day where I must resolve myself to an end of my journey, pursued solely on personal fortitude, in which I tried all I could taste, and fostered a similar nature in my comrades, exacted from the same similar nature instilled from my teachers. Here I shall cross over. Here I will make my peace in both how far I travelled and by what unyielding will I steered my own course.
Fewer words speak more to me than these.

Sayings
"The fisrt casualty when war comes is truth." Usually attributed to Hiram Johnson
But actually dating back to Aeschylus (525 -426BC) who wrote “In war, truth is the first casualty.” https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hiram_Johnson
Samuel Johnson put it less succinctly: 'Among the calamities of war may be jointly numbered the diminution of the love of truth, by the falsehoods which interest dictates and credulity encourages.' (from The Idler, 1758)
